Can I apply by sending my resume via email?  
You can send your resume by email but you are still required to complete an application.

How can I check the status of my application? 
Select “apply online” and submit your application and resume… OR
Visit our local office located at 127 E. Washington Street, Suffolk, VA 23434.

What information will I need to provide if hired?
You will need to provide the following:  

     1) A valid driver's license

     2) Proof of current auto insurance

     3) driving record with a recommended maximum violation points

         of minus two (–2), for the state of Virginia

     4) declaration page of current automobile insurance on which

         you are listed as an insured driver

     5) copy of high school diploma or GED, college transcript etc.

  • Functional knowledge and understanding of intellectual disability
  • Successful background investigation 

How do I find out what jobs are available?
Select the NOW HIRING Link and choose from the list of available positions.  Follow the instructions to submit your resume and application.

How does the application process work?
Applicants will complete an applications online from a computer with Internet access OR in person at our main office located in Suffolk VA.  Human Resources will screen the applications and contact select applicants for interviews.

Can I re-apply for a position I previously interviewed for?  
Yes… but there are a few exceptions.

Who will see my application if I submit online?  
HR and hiring managers.

Where do I begin?  
Complete an application online or in person.

Do I have to fill out an application?
Everyone who applies for a position is required to complete an application. Any required information is denoted with an asterisk (*).  The application will assist us in effectively evaluating your skills, abilities and qualifications.

What if I want to submit a resume?
You will be able to submit a resume each time you apply for a position. There will be directions prompting you about how and when to attach your resume. Please note that attaching a resume does not substitute for completing the application form.

Can I apply for more than one job at a time?  

How long is my application valid?  
Your application will be valid for 30 days.
